Senior Vice President - People & Culture
Donna is a BP HR leader with experience of defining and delivering integrated and progressive HR strategies to meet current and future business needs. Her current position is HR Vice President, Upstream Regions, where Donna holds HR leadership accountability for all Upstream regions and is the HR business partner to the Upstream COO.
Prior to this role, Donna held a variety of HR roles across BP Group including Upstream Talent Lead, where Donna was responsible for the upstream high potential programme, executive leadership development and deployment. Donna has also held the position of HR Director for Corporate & Functions where Donna partnered with BP executive team members to define and deliver people plans to ensure BP Group hired and developed a distinctive cadre of people to support BP’s global businesses and provide expert advice on the corporate strategy. Other roles include HR roles supporting Upstream global functions including Reservoir Development, Exploration and Upstream Technology as well as HR roles covering Libya, Algeria and Angola.
Donna has deep international experience of operational and strategic HR, business transformation, joint ventures, talent management and employee relations.
Donna holds a BA in Sociology and an MA in Industrial Relations from Warwick University. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
