MENA's Largest Oil And Gas Event Returns To Egypt Next February Cairo, Egypt, 8th of January 2019 – EGYPS 2019, MENA's largest Oil and Gas Event, is set to hold at Egypt International Exhibition and Conference Center (EIEC) and Al Manara International Conferences Center. Under the auspices of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and support of the Ministry of Petroleum, EGYPS 2019 will take place on Monday 11th of February and will run for three days before ending on Wednesday 13th of February.

Gaining importance year after year, EGYPS 2019 reflects growing global interest in industry's prospects across the MENA region. Major national and international oil companies will be represented during the event. On its biggest edition to date, EGYPS 2019 will draw participation of 20 thousands industry experts from more than 40 countries. Under the theme “Delivering the Energy Needs of Tomorrow”, the third edition of EGYPS will showcase oil and gas developments and trends that are set to shape up the future of the Middle East and North Africa region.

This year, the exhibition will span across 28 sqm of floor space with more than 450 exhibitors. The exhibition will also feature over 13 official country pavilions from Bahrain, Canada, China, France, Italy, Norway, Russia, Scotland, United Arab Emirates, England and United States of America. This is in addition to the participation of Germany and Cyprus for the first time.

Aside from the exhibition, returning event features include Women in Energy Awards and EGYPS Petroleum Club. The club offers a private platform for industry’s top decision makers to forge unparalleled opportunities. With two new editions, five conference and forum tracks will run as part of EGYPS 2019 program to discuss the most pertaining topics across the entire oil and gas supply chain, namely strategic, technical, Women, HSE and Security.

Moreover, EGYPS will introduce "Digitalization in Energy" exhibition zone in its 2019 edition. The third edition will also witness the launch of the Youth Engagement Programme, an “edutainment” program aimed at inspiring students to pursue a career in the oil and gas sector. The event will further host the first HSE Excellence in Energy Award.

The event is bound to kick off under the support of Apache, British Petroleum, Exxon Mobil, Emirates National Oil Company, Dragon Oil, Kuwait Energy Company, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Cheiron, Petronas, Schneider, Total, Halliburton, Deutsche Erdoel AG, Edisson, Subsea, McDermott International, Arabian Geophysical & Surveying Company, carbon holding and Mubadala Petroleum.
